Grace Community Food Pantry helps end hunger in Flagler County by providing nourishment and support to residents in need. Founded by Grace Tabernacle Ministries International, they are a faith-based organization serving all Flagler County residents. GCFP works to sustainably serve Flagler County families in need of food each week. They also run special programs including Team Feed Flagler (annual Thanksgiving meals) and the Toiletry Totes Ministry for children in Flagler County schools.
Volunteer opportunities include: sorting and distributing food, special event support, and donation drives.

Habitat for Humanity builds strength, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership. They have built 135 homes for families in Flagler County, with volunteer hours exceeding 4,600 in 2025 alone. Habitat families partner with volunteers to build or improve their own homes and pay an affordable mortgage, achieving independence to build better lives. They also operate two ReStore locations that sell donated building materials and home goods to fund their mission.

Our Father's Table began in 2017 as a ministry of Palm Coast United Methodist Church to serve a local homeless camp. Today, they cook an average of 225 meals every Saturday to serve families in need throughout Flagler County through on-site distribution and home delivery. The program is 100% volunteer-run with approximately 90 rotating volunteers and operates through food donations from local grocery stores and restaurants.
Volunteer opportunities include: meal preparation on Saturdays, food pickup from donors during the week, delivery driving, and donation support.

Better Together helps families flourish by preventing trauma and the need for foster care. When parents face homelessness, job loss, medical emergencies, or other crises, their volunteer-powered safety net provides three core programs: Better Families (volunteer host families provide short-term care for children with 98% reunification success), Better Jobs (job fairs and employment support connecting people to meaningful work), and Better Mentoring (volunteers guide and encourage families). Since 2015, they've helped thousands of people connect to job opportunities, kept children out of foster care, and mobilized churches to uplift families.

The Sheltering Tree is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit offering two main programs: Tuesday Community Outreach and the Cold Weather Shelter.
Tuesday Community Outreach - on most Tuesdays from 10am-1pm, they provide various services and resources to assist those needing care. Located at the Bridges United Methodist Fellowship in Bunnell, 205 N Pine St, Bunnell (behind Bank of America)
The Cold Weather Shelter - When temperatures reach 40°F or below, they operate Flagler County's only cold weather shelter. Providing dinner, breakfast, cots, and caring volunteers to anyone needing a warm, safe environment. Located at the Rock Transformation Center, 2200 N State St (US1), Bunnell

Family Life Center provides compassionate, no-cost support to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault. Services include 24-hour crisis helplines, safe emergency shelter, advocacy, crisis intervention, counseling, legal assistance, and safe housing for pets. They create an empowerment-based environment where survivors receive self-directed help in a supportive community. All services are confidential and available to anyone in need regardless of background.

Whispering Meadows Ranch is a 100% volunteer-based, Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of those with disabilities and special needs through recreational, educational, and equine-assisted programs. Located in Flagler Beach on a peaceful country setting with five horses, they are a PATH International Member Center with certified riding instructors who provide hands-on, friendly approaches to equine safety and riding skills. The ranch features wheelchair-accessible paths, a mounting ramp, nature trails with sensory stations, and a shaded picnic area.
Volunteer opportunities include: horse care, riding program assistance, facility maintenance, and special events support.

Grand Villa Assisted Living in Palm Coast is a senior living community that focuses on care and quality of life. Our partnership provides an intergenerational serving opportunity where church members, especially Epic Kids and families, bring joy, companionship, and encouragement to seniors in our community. These visits create meaningful relationships and demonstrate Christ's love across generations while enriching the lives of residents.

Open Door is a faith-based, residential substance abuse recovery program in Flagler County focused on restoring people with addictions and life-controlling issues through biblical truth, rehabilitation, and life skills development. Their Christ-centered program helps participants transition back to their families and communities as positive contributors. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, they rely on faithful support from local residents, churches, and businesses to operate and transform lives.

The Flagler County Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to generating financial support and awareness to enhance educational programs that benefit students, families, and teachers in Flagler Schools. Their programs include the Take Stock in Children mentoring program (1,700 mentor sessions annually), senior scholarships (190 awarded), teacher grants, the S.T.U.F.F. Bus, Connect Bus, and various student support initiatives. Each year they impact over 13,300 students and 14,000 students and teachers through classroom grants.
